In 2021, a great work related opportunity arose out of state, and my wife and I reconnected with Rick to help sell our Maine home.

There is a reason we reconnected with Rick; he is by far the best realtor my wife and I have ever worked with (we have purchased homes in two other states prior to moving to Maine). He has a deep knowledge of Portland Maine and the surrounding areas, all aspects of homes (home construction, heat source, etc.), and all relevant town/city zoning and ordinances. Rick was also always available to answer any questions we had during both the buying and selling process, and was never hesitant about going to bat for us to make sure that we (his clients) had the best buying/selling experience possible. Finally, Rick always provided us with reasonable expectations (e.g., buying and selling prices), through both market comparison analysis and his own personal experience. My wife and I never had Rick provide us with any thoughts or information that turned out to be unrealistic, and that is one of the best things you can ask for when buying or selling a home.

In the opinion of my wife and I, you will not find a better realtor than Rick Beal if you are buying or selling a home in the Portland Maine and surrounding areas. If my wife and I moved back to Maine, we would 100% reconnect with Rick again.
